mk16's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Player Funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude mk16's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Applicable Law.
You may close your mk16 Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining Player Funds (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification.
mk16 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through mk16's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact mk16's support team and allow a period of thirty (30) days for the dispute to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
